it was weird and i liked it! :) one question tho -- i felt like my front arm line was getting tons of stretch, but then when we internally rotated, i didn't get much stretch in my back arm line. any tips for how to up the intensity on the back line part of the stretch? thx!

Hey Jess! The dedicated back line stretch is pretty different, and involves crossing the arm over the midline while tucking your chin into your chest. Most folks who are desk dwellers need the front line stretch much more regularly, and this stretch is mostly that, with the consideration of loosening up the back of the shoulder with the rotation. I'll film a dedicated back line stretch pretty soon for Instagram and Tiktok!

ah! gotcha -- for some reason i thought this stretch was supposed to get both front and back. so no wonder i wasn't getting much of the back! 🤦‍♀️ thanks for (re)explaining it.
