Flexibility Building 101
Greetings Pals,
The weather has turned and it has me feeling STIFF. There’s no way it has anything to do with taking a month off from teaching Barre and Foam Rolling classes though, right? ;)
I’m 36 now—which is YOUNG for sure, but it’s right at that cusp where things start to feel creakier getting out bed, and the time between exercising makes a bigger difference in my overall functionality as a person living life.
Stretching, activating all the muscle groups and foam rolling excessive, unwanted tension out is 100% the way I stay functional. How do you stay functional?
BTW, we are all different with this. My body needs certain maintenance tactics to keep up with the things my life demands. Are your maintenance strategies working for you?
So today’s FREE RELEASE TECHNIQUE is more of a class. It's 20 minutes, it's designed to be done after you're body is already warm (think very hot Summer day warm or after a sweaty workout warm).
This pinning-and-stretching routine, if done once or twice a week, will absolutely increase your flexibility and you'll feel the difference within a couple weeks. ALL of these positions are pretty advanced and some of them might not be accessible to you-YET!

You get two free techniques through THIS NEWSLETTER, twice a month. Thanks for being here! If you want access to weekly techniques and class releases (or just want to support my Halloween decorating habit-see below**), consider supporting me through Patreon. Support tiers start at $5/month.

Some of us like to follow a structured program.
If that’s you AND you have neck and shoulder tension you can’t seem to kick, grab my 14-day course.
Foam Rolling for Neck and Shoulder Relief. Each day you’re sent a different class to take that spans between 15-30 minutes. You’re guaranteed to feel better after DAY 1.
Make Time for You and Course Yourself.
**Side note this is what our house looks like this year. We supersized everything because we don’t get trick-or-treaters but we are one of the first houses people see when they’re driving into the neighborhood. Don’t worry the little ghost child in the walkway is an actual person (he’s mine ;)

With love and gratitude!
