FREE Stretch Class and FREE Rolling Class This Week!

Happy Friday, July 15th!
Well buds, it finally happened. Covid came to Release Technique headquarters (i.e. my home). Anyone want to buy some Giant’s tickets for this weekend? (Kidding. Am I though…?)

So lately I’m thinking about flexibility. This 20-minute mini-class is a routine that I used to do twice a week right after exercising. I saw huge flexibility gains from week 1 to week 2, and I have sworn by this little routine ever since.
It’s best done after you’re kinda sweaty and warmed up, so you’ll want to get your run, bike, dance, etc on before dropping into this roller routine.

This week’s classes are
A 23 Minute Quick Barre that’s all about dynamic movement (think cardio+strength) and the 46 minute full version that includes deep hip and abdominal work. It’s the same class, with an indication 23 minutes in to continue or not to continue.
A Roll Class that doesn’t disappoint on the full-body massage front. This one I’ve actually made FREE AND AVAILABLE TO ALL for a limited time, so if you’re thinking about taking up a rolling practice, TAKE THIS CLASS!
