This week we’ve got a serious flexibility builder. In fact, this move is a big part of my Flexibility Building Routine that I teach after a sweaty workout (to make sure your tissues are as open to receiving change as possible).
It’s the Hamstring Pin. Opening up the hamstrings helps also open up the hips and bring ease into the lower back AND, it it’s really satisfying for my fellow sensation junkies out there.

Do this move if you’re looking for some deep hammy sensation and want to create more flexibility in general! If you’re finding that your hip flexors are holding you back from this move (like in the form of a pinching sensation) check out last week’s Psoas Technique - it’s gold.

That’s it from me! I’m off this weekend to spend a couple nights at the beach with my best buddy, who is about to welcome her first child into the world. We’ll be showering her with sunshine, presents and good food to thank her for bravely gifting us all a beautiful new person to love. <3
