It’s Friday, July 1st!
Another tricky week for Americans who value bodily autonomy. While we can’t control the inevitable repercussions of what happened this week, we can (thankfully, still) control how we live in our own, non-abortion-seeking bodies with simple and effective movement techniques.

The Psoas!

I love this muscle. It’s a hip flexor, a deep core muscle AND it attaches to the lower spine. It’s involved in just about every movement you can make with your legs and torso and it’s soo worth knowing how to relax it.
This technique targets the intersection between the Psoas Major and the Iliacus. Feels so cool.
This is a brand new technique on the platform! It’s 6 minutes long. Grab a tennis ball for this Psoas release and lmk what you think!
