Happy Friday, May 6th!
For the mothers who are raising up the next generation in an uncertain world, may your strength, love and fierceness be recognized this weekend. For the mothers feeding and nurturing their fur-babies, may you receive peace and snuggles from your four-legged little ones. For the people who bravely choose their own lives and happiness over the dedication and exhaustion that is motherhood, may you never feel alone in the fight for liberty and autonomy. We stand together.

You know what moms all have in common? Tight rotator cuffs.
For real though - the rotator cuff has this sort of ominous reputation for being a cluster of scary, elusive muscles and if they become injured it’s like, over for your shoulder.
Not true, bros. These muscles do get tight and if they are tight for so long, they can tear, and that can hurt. That’s just like anywhere in your body. What can you do to prevent injury? Roll, of course! It’s so easy. This roll also includes the pec which feels ahmazing. Click below to join me.

A 54 Minute Roll Class designed to alleviate knee pain, lower back pain, increase blood flow in the legs and deeply stretch the shoulders open.
