Happy Friday, April 29th!
It’s feeling like SPRING over here! I’ve been taking out the trash a lot more often lately - replacing old, dirty rugs with freshies, finally putting the holiday decoration boxes back up in the attic, tossing little things from the “random crap” basket and replacing them with useful, meaningful items. It feels really good to look at what can be better, more functional, and dedicate my energy to making it so. Not only does the system itself improve, but it is healing for me to be in the zone with it and I feel so accomplished after it’s done.
This is often how I feel about a good roll, too. Because I’ve been working through the gunk in my inner thighs over the last few weeks, I thought you might find it useful, too.

The adductors (inner thighs) are great at causing knee or ankle pain, and throwing off the alignment of the hips and knees when they get tight. I don’t know if it’s still a thing, but there was a time when people were rolling their IT bands like it would save their lives, and during this period of time I noticed a ton of inner thigh dysfunction AND knee pain. You’ve gotta balance it out and work both these antagonistic sides of the thigh to get the relief you’re looking for!
