Happy Friday, April 22nd!

This week’s technique is the Upper Trapezius! This guy is the one you’re always squeezing, the one you’re always trying to stretch, the one that takes all the heat when you’re lifting your arms up overhead. Let’s work out some of it’s tension so that those arms don’t feel so heavy, shall we?

A Full Barre Class with a very deep and unique version of the seated pretzel
A Quickie that’s all shoulder mobility and thigh burn (safe for pregnistas ;)
A Roll Class that’s focused on hips, inner thighs, hamstrings and some upper shoulder (including the Trap :)

I’m happy to be back from vacation and back with you! Highlight, my little dude taught himself to float with balance and ease in the pool, AND he killed it in these shades all week.
