Bloat Be Gone with the Belly Roll
Yesss—-you read that right. Abdominals and visceral fascia deserve to be softened just like your calves do! Not only are 90something percent of your sensory nerves in your belly, but tension actually builds around your organs to tighten and restrict their functionality.
Rolling the belly relaxes the nervous system, increases organ (read: digestive) functions AND feels amazing. Not to mention, it without fail, always releases tension in my lower back. Wanna try it?
