30 Minute Workout, Anyone?

This week’s January gift is…Quickies!
I thought it would be fun to start adding shorter segments of my long barre classes on the platform so that you can get in some quickies when you are short on time!
Those of you who have been to barre with me know that the first 20 minutes (+/-) of class is a workout all on its own. I’ve extracted these segments out of the full class videos for complete mini classes and I will keep adding to them going forward.
