New Year Class Drop
Hey Buds,
It felt GREAAAT to move this past week with you!
I’m not into resolutions, but I am into fresh perspectives and trying new things to see what feels good. Last time we spoke I told you about Kristy Appleton and her virtual weightlifting, kickboxing and running classes. While I find running a little hard on my knees and kickboxing just hard (ha!) I think it’s important that we keep our hearts and bones healthy as we age. Cardio is something we take lightly in my Barre classes, so if you want to take it more seriously but need a group to motivate you, visit Kristy’s website to sign up for a kickboxing class or running group. If you want strong bones and the ability to channel brute force, take her weight training class titled Be Strong. I did! I needed it, I want to take it more and I hope I see you there!
Barre and Foam Rolling are still my first loves.
…And both classes this week were deep and fast! Make sure you’re in a warm space to take each of these classes because we don’t mess around, we get right to the point. And you wanna be ready for that. =D
