The courage to investigate yourself.

Hey you,
If you’ve been taking these classes with me, I just want to acknowledge you for how truly brave it is to spend an hour going into all your sensations, feeling all your feels and really investigating the deeper layers of yourself. I believe spending an hour each week in this practice is profoundly embodying and has the real potential to deepen your understanding of, and relationship with yourself.
Rolling is not just about working out the tension in your muscle tissues, it’s a radical move to make changes within your physical body and mental/emotional state. The process in which it takes to do so takes time, attention, and love. Way to give yourself ALL those things!
This week’s Roller class is mostly about going deeper with tennis balls.

This week’s barre class has PRONE in it! (See the pic —>) Unfamiliar? Prone is a super deep back line strengthener. Your hams and glutes build a ton of strength really quickly and your back thanks you for all that support.
