Barre and Roll Classes are Back This Week 👯

Let’s get back together.

It’s TIME, buddies! I’ve got some exciting things to share with you. NO, I did not vacation for the entire month of August (dream!!!). In fact, I spent most of my time vacating the old Remedy Virtual spot (R.I.P), moving into and gently renovating my new space on Grand Avenue in Oakland. OH! And my child was on “Summer Break” for two weeks, so I made a lifetime supply of play dough pancakes. Hope you’re hungry.

I have a groovy new On Demand platform

I am adding every single Roll class to this platform for On Demand consumption, and adding two new barre classes per month on it. My hope is that it serves as a resource for those of you who can’t make it to class with me live, and provides an affordable way to barre and roll whenever you’d like. While it doesn’t have the barre variety Remedy was able to offer, hopefully my tiny army of classes will scratch the itch. The primary focus of the On Demand platform is to provide self massage so please - send it out to anyone you think might need it. ;)
