Thank you for your interest in teaching Release Technique and - apologies for the delay in communication.

It’s funny, isn’t it? In the last year how everything has gone digital? Before the pandemic hit, the studio I co-own here in Oakland, California (Remedy Barre + Roll) was a young, 3-year-old, booming brick-and-mortar space, just beginning to hit its stride as a pillar of the movement community. When the world shut down, my business partner and I decided to cut our losses and close the space, remaining virtual and even growing in that direction. I never dreamt that my Roll classes would leave Oakland and my beautiful little studio in which I built a childcare area for my son, and imagine him growing up in.

Yet, here we are with an opportunity to rise from the ashes, and build something meaningful across state and country lines. , I have taught hundreds of Release Technique classes now, with thousands of participants, many of which have come back over, and over again. This class is NOT your average rolling experience. Its empowering yet soothing, its enlightening yet relaxing, its challenging and completely necessary.

My vision for this teacher training program is to give you the class to teach your people, brand it however you want and become the person people ask when they need self-bodywork advice.
